Refund Policy:

Del Toro does not currently offer refunds for purchases but we are happy to exchange your purchase for any equally priced product or combination of products that match your total purchase amount. Exchanges will only be issued when requested within 14 days of purchase, purchased online, for full priced items which are returned to our warehouse in perfect sellable condition. A $10 restocking fee is assessed on a returned items. All sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchanges or returns. Item's purchased with a discount, coupon code or other promotional offer are not eligible for exchanges or returns.

If the price of a product is reduced after your order is placed, we cannot refund the difference between the two prices. If a style is on sale it is because it is part of a previous season or collection and needs to be sold to make room for new products and promotions. The purpose of discounting the product is to encourage sales and shipping those products to our customers. If the product price is further reduced in the future it is because there are even less units on hand (sometimes we only have one or two left) and those last units on hand need to be sold out to the piece.

We take customer service seriously and exceptions will be made on a case by case basis.

Return for Credit Policy:

Full-price merchandise will be eligible to be returned for for store-credit so that customers can select a different size or style assuming the following criteria are met:

  • All items must be shipped to our warehouse within (14) days of original purchase.
  • All items must be in original and/or unworn condition.
  • All items must be in their original packaging, including shoe bag & shoe box. We advise shipping the shoes back in the same shipping box they arrived in.

Sale-price merchandise will not be accepted as returns for store credit. If an item is listed with a sale price it should be considered final sale.

US Returns:

  • In-store returns or exchanges can be made in person at any of our stores however store inventory may be limited. If the item is not in stock we can process the return in store and ship your replacement product ground shipping domestic free of charge.
  • Our retail stores cannot accept any returns by mail or courier. Please do not ship your product to our retail stores – instead fill out the form below to receive a return label to ship the product back to our customer service department.
  • To mail or courier your return or exchange please fill out the form on our Returns and Exchanges page. A customer service representative will create and send you a return label via email to send the product back to our customer service department.
  • Please call our customer service center (305-571-8253), if you wish to return or cancel an order placed online before being shipped. Items out for delivery may or may not be modified while in transit depending on the shipping method.
    Pack the item with care in the original packaging.

International Returns:

  • Return or exchange shipping costs on international shipments are paid by the customer both ways. We are able to provide discounted corporate rates if you would like to have Del Toro issue you a return label.
  • Where applicable, please contact your local customs office for information about your taxes and duties that may be assessed on a return shipment.

Return Process & Timeframe:

  • Returns will be processed within 10 business days from when they are received by the warehouse.
  • The warehouse will inspect merchandise sent back for a return and reserves the right to reject returns if they do not meet any of the qualifying criteria.
  • Once the return has been processed, you will receive a return email confirmation, containing your store credit total and a code which can be used online or in store.

Terms and Conditions:

  • If any of these criteria are not met, a return will be rejected and items will be returned to the shipping address on the original sales receipt.
  • All Bespoke merchandise will not be accepted as returns, due to the personalization of items. All Bespoke sales are final, no cash and/or credit refunds.
  • All final sale & clearance merchandise will not be accepted as returns and/or exchanges. All sales are final. No cash and/or credit refunds.
  • We guarantee the workmanship of our product against manufacturer’s defects for 60 days.
  • If an item requested for exchange is currently out of stock, but is in production, we will issue you a store-credit and create a back-order for the requested item.
  • Please keep in mind, all criteria for returns must be met before we can process your exchange.

Sales Tax

  • Del Toro is a Miami, Florida based company. Any orders shipped within Florida are eligible for sales tax on the entire amount of the purchase. All orders being shipped out of state are exempt from sales tax - unless we have a pop up store currently operating in the state.

Shipping Carriers 

  • Del Toro uses UPS, USPS and FEDEX for all domestic shipments; and USPS for all international shipments.
  • Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes for domestic and international shipments.

Shipping Time

  • In order to protect both your and our security, all orders are processed through a fraud detection program to ensure information authenticity. All orders will be processed and shipped within a 48 hour window from the time the order was received.
  • Orders selected for UPS Next Day shipping that are placed before 1pm EST will ship the same day, providing the order has matching shipping and billing addresses. Please keep in mind that all orders must clear the fraud protection program, no exceptions.
  • If you select UPS Next Day shipping on a Friday, please be advised that your package will not be delivered until Monday.
  • Saturday delivery is available in certain geographic areas; please email support@deltoroshoes.zohodesk.com to request this option. Cost for Saturday delivery is an additional $12 and this option is only available on UPS Next Day services.
  • A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships. This tracking number will allow you to check on the delivery status of your order. You can also check the status of your order by logging into your account at www.deltoroshoes.com.
  • Product Availability – we do our best to ensure product availability for our customers. That being said, most of our products are produced in limited edition capsule collections, so some products may become unavailable and never come back in stock. New products are available on the website as soon as they arrive from Italy.

International Shipments 

  • Del Toro ships internationally via USPS/FEDEX/UPS for all major markets.
  • Additional charges may apply for certain countries of destination.
  • Del Toro is not responsible for any foreign duties or taxes incurred on shipments.
  • Exchanges on International Shipments – Del Toro cannot be responsible for any shipping costs on international exchanges. We are happy to honor the exchange, but customer is responsible for return shipping and new shipment costs, as well as any relevant taxes or duties.

Undeliverable Packages

  • All undeliverable packages will be returned to our office and please note that we are not able to automatically reship the package. Additional shipping costs will apply.

Custom Orders

  • Custom orders take approximately 3-4 months to be completed. All shoes are hand-made to order, please be patient as this is an extremely detailed process.
  • Custom orders are absolutely non-refundable after order has been placed.
  • Monogram – please enter the letters in the exact order you want them to appear on the shoes. Del Toro cannot be responsible for trying to anticipate the order you would like the letters to be in.
  • Please note all fonts accentuate the middle letter in traditional style. If you do not prefer this style, please make sure you note it specifically in your order.
  • Traditional Style – ACB – First Initial, Last Initial, Middle Initial
  • Alternative Style – ABC – First Initial, Middle Initial, Last Initial
  • Patsy’s Script is available only with a maximum of two letters per shoe
  • Custom shoes are available in men’s sizes 6-16 and women’s sizes 4-11. There is an additional charge of $150 for shoe sizes 14 and larger because they cost significantly more to produce.
